This opportunity focuses on specialized imaging skills within a cardiac catheterization lab setting at a well-equipped facility in South Florida. This contract position requires a skilled Cath Lab Technician to support various cardiac procedures in an advanced catheterization lab environment. Responsibilities include assisting with and performing cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology (EP), and interventional radiology (IR) procedures using state-of-the-art Cath Lab equipment. You will maintain high standards of patient care with 1:1 patient ratios, accurately document procedures using Meditech and MacLab systems, and respond to on-call requirements as needed. Key Qualifications and Experience: Certification as a CVL Technician, along with current ACLS and BLS credentials, is required. Proven experience in cardiac catheterization lab procedures is essential; electrophysiology (EP) expertise is highly preferred. Additional certifications such as CVT, RCIS, or RT are advantageous. Ability to function independently and adapt efficiently within a fast-paced clinical environment. Commitment to professional appearance, with surgical scrubs provided on site.
