Job Description Title: Part Time Driver- Connections 4 Families Location: Elbert Lincoln HB 1451 Employer: Trestle Programs, Inc. Under Colorado House Bill 04-1451, the Collaborative Management Program (CMP) was created to bring together multiple local agencies, including human services, judicial districts, health departments, schools, and mental health providers, to support children, youth, and families involved in various systems. Trestle Programs, Inc. operates programs in 8 of the 23 Judicial Districts throughout Colorado. We're looking for the right candidate to join our team in the 23rd Judicial District in Elizabeth, CO. Position Description: GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR RETIRED INDIVIDUAL OR STAY AT HOME PARENT. We are looking for a reliable person to work for us part-time transporting clients from their home to different appointments and meetings in the southeast Denver area (Denver, Parker, Elizabeth, Castle Rock, Kiowa). Times needed to drive will be scheduled in advanced. The successful applicant must pass a series of background checks, have a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance and current registration. Trestle Programs' commercial auto insurance policy will also provide coverage. Mileage reimbursement will also be provided at the CO State Reimbursement rate. Conditions of Employment Must be able to pass criminal background check- including CBI, FBI, and TRAILS Subject to pre-employment, post-accident or incident reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing Must have access to a personal vehicle and possess a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and visual acuity as required to operate a motor vehicle. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to sit for lengths of time as required to transport and drive motor vehicle.
