While working as a Reach Truck Operator for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $22.00 per hour and receive a weekly paycheck, Raleigh, NC. Primary responsibilities include: Completing and recording Daily Inspection Checklists for powered industrial trucks and reporting equipment issues to Maintenance or Supervisors Operating reach trucks and other powered lift equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and production areas Assisting with inventory management by accurately receiving and pulling materials from the correct locations and staging jobs as needed Following safe working and housekeeping procedures, company policies, SOPs, ISO requirements, and promptly correcting hazardous situations Perks: Pay starting at $22.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed Weekly paycheck Night shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Warehouse environment with a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Opportunity to gain or maintain reach truck certification and enhance mechanical troubleshooting skills Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of related manufacturing or warehouse operations experience preferred Reach truck operation experience with familiarity of OSHA safety regulations Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally, stand for long periods, and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills Proficiency in using management information systems (MIS) and basic mathematical calculations This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
