Restaurant Manager

Description Rabel's Roadhaus Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations while building a strong, people-first culture that supports exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring service standards, food quality, and operational efficiency, are consistently met. The Restaurant Manager leads with empathy and accountability, coaching and developing team members, supporting engagement and retention, and maintaining a positive workplace environment. The Restaurant Manager is accountable for scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and compliance with healthy and safety regulations. By balancing operational performance, team leadership, financial results, and company values, this position plays a key role in the long-term success of the restaurant. Requirements 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment Proven experience leading front- and back-of-house teams Strong understanding of daily restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety Experience managing labor, scheduling, and cost controls Demonstrate people-first leadership style with a focus on team development and retention Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable with fairness and consistency Strong conflict-resolution and problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Working knowledge of inventory management, and ordering Company Information Rabel's Roadhaus BBQ started in a food truck in 2018 in our hometown of La Vernia, TX. Rabel's grew from there, and opened up a brick and mortar restaurant in New Berlin, TX in 2020. We were in New Berlin for four years before the opportunity to move to our current La Vernia, TX. location came to us in 2023, and officially moved in July of 2024.
