Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed. Monitor patients' health status and document changes in their condition. Educate patients and families on managing illnesses or injuries at home. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Experience Required: 1 years Registered Nurse experience. Certificates Required: RN License BLS/CPR Covid card 2 References from recent worked facility.
