Job Type: Full-time Description: Join us as a General Manager at one of our Taco Bell franchises! This is an exciting opportunity to lead your restaurant team and drive success in daily operations. You will work closely with Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to ensure our restaurant operates smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training staff, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and service. Ensure payroll processes function smoothly and hours are accurately recorded, communicating with the payroll department as needed. Requirements: Self-motivated, ambitious, and approachable. Strong leadership abilities with a team-based focus. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrable experience with P&L management. Ability to lead by example and communicate urgency to staff. Basic proficiency with computers, including email and laptops. Background checks are conducted for all management positions. Must have reliable transportation. Salary: $46,000 / year
