Position Highlights: Type: Regional CDL A Truck Driver Compensation: Earn between $1,325-$1,525 weekly Sign-On Bonus: Receive a remarkable $3,000 Home Time: Enjoy two days off every other week Freight: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight Job Details: Your responsibilities will include operating late-model Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with auxiliary power units, power inverters, refrigerators, and Bluetooth functionality. The tractors are fitted with only outward-facing cameras for safety, and you'll pull SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers optimized for fuel efficiency and handling. You may also park your tractor at home if suitable parking is accessible. Operations: Regional lanes will primarily operate east of I-35, handling temperature-controlled freight with a combination of drop and hook and scheduled live load appointments. Our dispatch planning is dedicated to ensuring your mileage and operational consistency. Earnings Structure: Drivers receive compensation for all dispatched miles, with a scheduled weekly income between $1,325 and $1,525. We also offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, performance-based quarterly compensation, and additional accessorial pay when applicable. Onboarding: Our onboarding process includes paid orientation, after which drivers are assigned to scheduled freight rotations within our regional network. Benefits Package: After 90 days, you will have access to health coverage options, including medical, vision, and prescription plans, along with life insurance options. Qualifications: To qualify, you must hold a current Class A CDL and possess the ability to safely operate refrigerated equipment while complying with all relevant safety regulations.
