As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and addressing their inquiries from anywhere. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshooting basic issues and providing effective solutions. Documenting interactions and updating customer accounts accurately. Providing quotes and processing orders with attention to detail. Researching leads and targeting accounts for new opportunities. Proactively generating new sales to contribute to our growth. Learning our full suite of products and services to better serve our customers. Collaborating with the warehouse to resolve any shipping issues promptly. Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and documentation. Communicating effectively with customers across various time zones. Preparing client quotes, proposals, and engaging presentations. Maintaining high accuracy in all communications. Multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Providing prompt customer feedback and resolving issues swiftly. Submitting timely activity reports to keep track of progress. Utilizing strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Windows. Demonstrating dynamic project management and collaboration skills.
