KPMG is actively seeking a Manager in Accounting Advisory Services to enhance our Deal Advisory practice. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert accounting advisory support to clients, including guidance on the implementation of new accounting standards. Assist clients with SEC regulatory filings related to spin-offs, carve-outs, IPOs, debt offerings, and other important acquisition transactions, both domestically and internationally. Deliver conversion services for U.S. and foreign registered companies transitioning their financial reporting to U.S. GAAP or IFRS. Offer transaction-focused accounting and reporting support for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, complex capital structures, financial instruments, revenue recognition issues, and fresh-start accounting for clients emerging from bankruptcy. Oversee staff management, track engagement financial metrics, and prepare and present accounting findings and concepts. Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to maintain KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of recent experience in financial audit with a public accounting or advisory firm, or equivalent financial reporting and consolidation experience with a Fortune 500 company. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field is required; CPA license or equivalent is preferred and necessary for eligibility. In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP is essential. A willingness to travel is required. All applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
