ERP and IT Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated ERP and IT Systems Support Specialist to serve as our ERP Champion, ensuring our business technology stack supports sales, accounting, operations, and supply chain efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the health, usability, and adoption of our ERP system while aligning technology with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users, resolving issues and addressing inquiries to minimize operational disruptions. Act as the main contact for ERP vendors and IT service providers, facilitating system integrations and managing complex technical escalations as necessary. Oversee user access, security roles, and basic system configurations while coordinating routine updates with external IT or ERP partners. Support and enhance system-enabled processes across accounting, production, distribution, logistics, and sales, promoting consistent and effective platform use among teams. Evaluate existing workflows to identify and implement opportunities for system and process improvements, measuring the effectiveness of changes implemented.
