Jacobs is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Project Management Specialist with in-depth knowledge of geospatial technologies and asset management systems. In this pivotal role, you will be the main contact for both projects and clients, ensuring that all aspects of work and technical performance are delivered to the highest standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in planning, developing, and delivering innovative infrastructure, asset management, and transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in GIS and a strong background in utilizing technology for facility and transportation asset management data collection projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to outline project scope, expectations, and deliverables effectively. Direct the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale geospatial data collection projects. Manage project budgets, timelines, contracts, and quality assurance processes. Lead diverse teams, including engineers, analysts, software developers, and field staff to success. Oversee the creation of reports, presentations, and data visualizations targeted at decision-makers. Assist Sales teams in developing and presenting project proposals to current and potential clients, including estimating timelines, team assignments, and costs. Bring over 10 years of professional experience in a consulting environment with a proven history of delivering complex infrastructure and technology projects. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Exhibit proficiency in GIS platforms and associated data management tools. Demonstrate capability in managing extensive, intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders. Possess exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. Ability to analyze, interpret, and convey technical data to audiences that may not have a technical background. Preferred Skills Knowledge of transportation asset management frameworks is a plus. Strong business development experience, including proposal writing and engaging effectively with clients. Capability to steer change management and promote technology adoption within organizations.
