IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE The Loss Prevention Intelligence Specialist will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and providing support for internal and external escalations that impact the enterprise within the Corporate Security Operations Center. This position entails accurate assessments of escalations during initial contact, providing consistent, policy-driven advice to stakeholders, and ensuring follow-up communication for resolution assistance. The Specialist will establish effective relationships with stakeholders by delivering expert insights and guidance while executing the appropriate Enterprise Protection & Intelligence Center response plans. Utilizing analytical skills and the ability to influence, the specialist will identify solutions that enhance both the internal customer and guest experience, as well as uphold the Ulta Beauty brand. We are currently seeking candidates for 3rd shift roles only. YOU'LL ACHIEVE THESE GOALS BY: Managing end-to-end triage and response for escalations impacting the enterprise. Remotely overseeing Ulta Beauty assets within your assigned area. Effectively demonstrating operational competencies through the Everbridge platform. Identifying and utilizing internal resources appropriately for escalation monitoring and response. Providing insightful risk analysis to stakeholders through phone and email communication, along with documentation. Supporting Severity Level investigations and sharing findings with relevant stakeholders. Overseeing communication and documentation for post-care incident workflows. Collaborating with the EPICenter Operations Manager on complex or elevated issues. Accurately documenting assigned incidents and investigations. Meeting established quality metrics and service level objectives. The salary range for this role is $57,300.00 - $68,000.00 annually, along with potential additional compensation through the company's bonus plan. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, shift, location, and organizational needs.
