TEMPORARY POSITION This is a full time temporary position with the expected duration of 6 months. It is also Hybrid (Remote-First) requiring some in-person attendance which will be occasional and planned. Job Summary: The HRIS Analyst serves as the subject matter expert and technical lead for the organization's UKG platform. This role leads system strategy, configuration, optimization, integrations, reporting, security administration, and change management initiatives across all UKG modules. The HRIS Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and organizational leadership to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs, drives process improvement, maintains data integrity, and enhances user experience. Essential Job Functions: Serve as subject matter expert for UKG across all modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruitment, and Learning. Lead system configuration, enhancements, optimization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and support system upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature implementations in collaboration with IT and functional stakeholders. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations, system configurations, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Generate and maintain standard and ad hoc reports; analyze data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Audit system data and processes; identify discrepancies and resolve issues through direct updates or coordinated solutions. Design and maintain system security roles, access controls, and related documentation. Provide advanced production support by troubleshooting system issues, researching root causes, and coordinating resolutions. Lead or participate in cross-functional HRIS projects, applying project management and change management best practices. Develop and maintain documentation of workflows, configurations, procedures, and system changes. Create and deliver training materials and user support resources; facilitate end-user training as needed. Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and policy updates to leadership. Participate in professional user groups and remain current on UKG system capabilities and trends. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education Background and Experience Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred Licensure / Certifications: SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional Required Experience: 4 years related experience with UKG. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in human resources management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred. Project Management Professional Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping Professional Requirements: Maintain regulatory requirements Report to work on time and as scheduled; complete work within designated timelines. Demonstrates the ability to adhere to the mission, ethics and goals of the District. Demonstrates the ability to communicate with patients, guests and staff in a courteous, respectful and helpful manner. Compensation/How We Care For You: Successful candidates typically begin between the beginning and midpoint of the compensation range dependent on qualifications/experience and receive compensation in increments increases annually.
