We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about education and innovation. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that foster learning and growth within our training and education programs. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a comprehensive innovation strategy. Fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Ensuring all educational content is research-based, trauma-informed, and aligned with our organizational mission and pedagogical standards. Overseeing the design and enhancement of national curriculum and training materials. Supervising a multidisciplinary team to achieve programmatic goals. Managing relationships with third-party curriculum vendors to ensure high-quality educational offerings. The ideal candidate will have: 5-7 years of leadership experience in education innovation or nonprofit program management. A strong background in instructional design, pedagogy, and andragogy. A deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed frameworks. A proven track record in strategizing, designing, and implementing trauma-informed and SEL-aligned educational programs. Experience supervising cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives. Exceptional project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills. A PMP or similar certification is preferred. A steadfast commitment to our mission and values is essential for success in this role.
