Your Responsibilities Define the platform architecture, collaborating closely with the MissionOS Product Owner to map out how infrastructure, tools, and user accessibility should work in harmony. Drive the technical vision, leading critical evaluations of tools and architectures, providing insights that influence product direction. Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure alignment of individual project implementations with the overarching platform vision. Respond dynamically to the evolving needs of program teams, ensuring immediate, impactful solutions alongside strategic architectural planning. Communicate platform requirements effectively with corporate IT, security, and compliance teams to uphold enterprise standards. Design scalable self-service capabilities, crafting templates and developer portal experiences that streamline operations and eliminate dependencies on tickets. Who You Are You are an innovative platform architect with hands-on expertise in large-scale system design and implementation. You blend a strong technical acumen with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset. You demonstrate profound understanding across key areas including CI/CD, security, and observability to ensure a holistic approach in your designs. You thrive in engaging discussions with various teams, translating complex ideas into actionable strategies. Desired Qualifications Master's degree with 15+ years of experience in Computer Science or relevant fields, including extensive work in platform engineering and DevOps. Proficiency in designing and implementing developer platforms with a solid grasp of cloud technologies, containerization, and CI/CD systems is essential.
