Full-Time Shift Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing: Masterfully managing the floor with a focus on smooth operations and excellent service. Ensuring the team is in sync and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Stepping in to assist guests, resolve issues, and lead by example. Training new team members, facilitating pre-shift meetings, and creating a motivated environment. Serving as the main connection between front and back of house operations. Supporting management in keeping the operations running efficiently and encouraging repeat visits from our guests. Who You Are: A seasoned server with strong leadership qualities and a passion for teamwork. Calm and composed in high-pressure scenarios (think full restaurant). A natural motivator, problem-solver, and someone who strives for excellence on the first attempt. Open to giving constructive feedback, tackling challenges, and fostering high team morale. 2+ years of experience in the food service industry, including lead or key-holder responsibilities.
