We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our operational, supply chain, and manufacturing functions, focusing on growth and efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that enhance capacity and streamline processes across all U.S. manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will guide the complete supply chain management and bolster our initiatives in food safety, quality assurance, and plant performance. Collaborating closely with the finance team, you will manage operational budgets and spearhead cost optimization efforts. We are looking for an individual proficient in Lean, Continuous Improvement (CI), and standardization practices. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of senior operations leadership experience within the food or beverage manufacturing sector. You must demonstrate a successful track record managing multi-site facilities, extensive import-driven supply chains, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in high-growth environments. Your strong financial acumen and familiarity with automation, ERP systems, and digital tools will be essential for success. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred. We value collaboration and strategic thinking, and you should be adept at navigating multicultural, global business landscapes.
