Masonry Restoration Project Manager Description: Complete oversight of repair & restoration projectsMonitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.Attend project meetingsDevelop client relationships, resolve client issuesDevelop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project ManagersEnsure permitting and compliance with local ordinance Qualifications:  5 years of experience in brick/stone/terracotta/facade repair or an equivalent level of education combined with experience.Knowledge of construction project management software. Familiarity with Procore is ideal.Previous experience with self perform estimating and project execution. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred.
