As a Senior Product Manager on the ed2go team, your focus will be on transforming the technology that connects learners, partners, and enterprise systems. You will lead the vision and roadmap for our platform, enhancing data capabilities and building integrations that create exceptional learning experiences. Your Responsibilities: Define and Evolve Roadmap: Shape the future of ed2go by defining and continuously evolving our platform, data, and integration roadmap. Collaborate with Teams: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, architecture, and analytics teams to align technical investments with our strategic goals. Drive Improvement Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing platform scalability, data reliability, and system interoperability. Integration Leadership: Lead Integration Lifecycle: Oversee the complete lifecycle of integrations across Salesforce, SAP, and other learning systems. Partner for Data Enhancement: Collaborate with enterprise teams to improve data exchange through modern APIs. Ensure Data Integrity: Guarantee that all systems share accurate and secure information to boost operational and learner success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Deliver Shared Tools: Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and design teams to create tools that facilitate faster decision-making. Align Across Functions: Partner with marketing, service, finance, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and shared capability adoption. Foster Transparent Communication: Encourage open communication and collaboration among technical and business stakeholders. Achieve and Innovate: Craft Clear Documentation: Write clear, outcome-focused epics and user stories to guide the development process. Balance Priorities: Navigate the balance between immediate needs and long-term technical investments. Encourage Agile Practices: Advocate for best practices in agile methodologies, documentation, and continuous team improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years in product management or related technical roles. Proven experience leading integration-focused projects. Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and data systems. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, and GA4. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience working within cross-functional teams. A curiosity driven by a desire to deliver tangible outcomes. Previous experience in edtech, ecommerce, or enterprise SaaS is a plus. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package to support and empower our employees. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,100.00 to $152,200.00 USD, with an additional incentive bonus program based on performance.
