What You'll Do: Lead by example and support your team in delivering outstanding guest service Ensure smooth operations, including food prep, inventory management, and cash handling Train and coach crew members to reach their full potential Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards Step in for the manager when needed and help make key decisions What You Bring to the Table: A positive attitude and strong communication skills The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure A willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service You must be at least 18 years of age Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the U.S. Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by independent franchisees, each solely responsible for hiring decisions and all other employment matters.
