Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Current Ohio Physical Therapy license and BLS required. A vision test must be passed in order to perform water checks in the aquatic pool. Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in outpatient, inpatient, and/or home health work settings preferred. The Physical Therapist must have experience in Pelvic Floor therapy. Responsibilities: The Physical Therapist carries out evaluation and treatment of patients in the outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings. The Physical Therapist assists the Department Manager in general policy and procedures carried out in the department. The Physical Therapist provides clinical supervision over Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other licensed personnel.
