Overview: Avid Healthcare Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to work at Sacramento County Facilities in Northern California. Position: CA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support healthcare within a correctional facility, assisting with patient care while maintaining security protocols. Qualifications: CA CNA license Current CPR certifications 2 years plus of experience Strong observational skills and experience in high-stress or secure settings are preferred Familiarity with medical software and equipment Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate the ability to effectively use the nursing process The assignment for this position is in a Correctional Facility. 2 weekend days/month availability is required. (2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays or Sat/Sun) Scheduled days/shifts & location are based on the facility needs Both facilities are open seven (7) days a week.
