Key responsibilities include: Performing patient visits and accurately documenting care Consulting with physicians regarding patient care needs Conducting accurate OASIS assessments Maintaining current medication profiles and ensuring timely reporting of lab values to physicians Attending weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings Qualifications To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in your state A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Demonstrated knowledge and skills in current nursing practices Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance Additional Information At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
