Event Day Merchandise and Photo Booth Team Member

Join our dynamic team for the Disney on Ice show as an Event Day Merchandise and Photo Booth Team Member! This exciting position involves supporting operations during the event, with roles assigned on-site as either a Concourse/Seat Vendor or a Photo Booth Operator. As a Concourse/Seat Vendor, your responsibilities will include: Selling souvenir products on the concourse or within seating areas during designated selling periods. Assisting with concessions preparation, including tasks such as shaving ice, filling syrup dispensers, removing plastic from cups, mixing lemonade, and assembling popcorn and cotton candy bags. As a Photo Booth Operator, you will: Operate a camera and photo system to capture guest photos. Engage with customers to sell photo packages and process payments using a credit card terminal. Complete a 30-minute training session on equipment use before your shift starts. Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of your shift, walk the concourse, and lift up to 25 pounds. Comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to politeness, professionalism, and a neat appearance. General Expectations: Work independently or in a team setting to prepare, serve, or transport food items. Engage professionally with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment at the start or end of your shift. Maintain mobility, whether stationary or constantly on the move for the full shift. Perform physically demanding activities as directed by your supervisor. Thrive in a busy and at times hectic environment. Adhere to a specific dress code, including wearing close-toed shoes and appropriate pants.
