Job Overview We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join us for four days a week. The ideal candidate is a strong producer who is passionate about delivering top-notch patient care. Initially, the Associate Dentist will handle their own hygiene, with plans to hire a dedicated hygienist as our practice grows. This role provides substantial earning potential and the chance to gain sweat equity towards partnership for the right individual. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry. Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices. Initially provide dental hygiene services to patients. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date patient records. Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experience. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active dental license in the state of Kentucky. Demonstrated history of high production and clinical excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for practice ownership. Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed daily rate of $750. Potential earnings of $250,000 - $300,000 annually.
