RN license is required for nurses. Description: This position is for a travel CST in CVOR. The work location includes both open and hybrid operating rooms. The unit has a total of 5 operating rooms, with 3 being open and 2 hybrids. The unit is staffed by approximately 15 personnel, including Day Shift RN, CST, and PCT. Patient ratios are estimated at 1:1. The typical equipment used in the OR includes OR EMR with Meditech. Common procedures performed include CABG, AVR, MVR, Aortic replacements, Vascular procedures, and Heart transplants. Candidates must demonstrate a best personality fit that aligns with the organizational culture. On-call expectations require a response time of 45 minutes from the initial phone call to clocking into the unit. Weekends and nights will be covered by call shifts.
