Industrial Project Manager (Bilingual Mandarin)

Bilingual Mandarin Project ManagerLocations: (priority) North Carolina; Texas Applicants must be open to long-term out-of-state travel and to be on-site where the project is located. For every 90 days worked on the project, employees are entitled to 5 days of paid home leave, including coverage of transportation costs for the 5-day leave period. Job Duties Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery Coordinate with various departments and external suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Conduct risk assessment and management Act as the external representative of the project and participate in key decision-making Job Requirement Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred Extensive experience in industrial project management Excellent leadership and communication skills Willing to accept long-term out-of-state travel Experience with industrial EPC projects are highly preferred Bilingual English and Mandarin is highly preferred - This job may required to communicated with Mandarin speaking team. Candidates must have experience working on industrial projects, specifically in manufacturing factories for semiconductors, electronics, or batteries.
