In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our operational strategy, ensuring excellence and efficiency across our extensive multi-campus data center portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of data center operations—from initial site commissioning to continuous maintenance, reliability, and process optimization. A strong emphasis will be placed on safety, uptime, and sustainability. We are searching for a passionate leader eager to develop and nurture a high-performing operations team while implementing best practices throughout our network of sites. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is vital, as you will also serve as a representative of the company for clients and Board members. To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 15 years of experience managing data center operations, showcasing a proven track record of leading teams and overseeing significant data center capacity. We are looking for a strategic innovator with a data-driven approach and the executive presence necessary to engage with C-Suite executives and Board Directors effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for operational updates, maintenance communication, and incident management, working closely with engineering, construction, and finance teams to enhance performance and investment outcomes.
