Your Role: Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, sports-related, vestibular, concussion, balance, and gait issues. Create and modify personalized physical therapy plans for outpatient care. Document patient progress and outcomes using Raintree EMR. Work collaboratively with referring physicians, fellow therapists, and support staff. Maintain a target patient volume of approximately 50 visits/week with dedicated time for documentation. Engage in professional development and contribute to team initiatives and quality improvement efforts. Requirements: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Strong clinical reasoning skills and effective communication abilities.
