In this pivotal role, you will shape the ticketing strategy encompassing season ticket memberships, premium seating, and group sales, with a strong focus on renewals, retention, and maximizing long-term fan engagement. We are looking for a visionary leader with a solid history of success in ticket sales, service, and revenue strategies within the sports or live entertainment sectors. This role is critical in developing and executing annual business plans while implementing dynamic pricing, yield management, and inventory optimization strategies to enhance attendance and drive revenue growth. You will also create and oversee long-term strategies for season member growth, retention, and upgrades, collaborating with various departments to ensure an outstanding ticketing experience in line with our club's mission and values.
