Your role and responsibilities As a Workday Compensation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module for our clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their business goals through effective implementation of Workday's functionality. Your key responsibilities will include: Implementation Planning and Analysis: Leverage your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to carefully plan and analyze the implementation of the Workday Advanced Compensation module, ensuring it aligns with the client's business environment. Configuration and Testing: Customize the system based on client requirements, conduct unit testing, and resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules. Requirements Gathering and Rollout: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop implementation plans, and effectively rollout the Workday Advanced Compensation module. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support after implementation, addressing issues that may arise and ensuring clients achieve their expected business results. Resolving Business Issues: Utilize your expertise to resolve configuration and functional business issues across HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This role can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, with proven experience in implementing and supporting these modules. Proficiency in resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules for seamless integration. Strong understanding of implementation planning and analysis using consulting skills and packaged solution expertise. Experience in gathering client requirements and managing expectations to fulfill business needs. Advanced skills in configuring the system per client specifications and troubleshooting complex configuration issues. Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with multiple HR modules to facilitate seamless integration. Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex configuration and functional business issues. Knowledge of best practices for configuring Workday Advanced Compensation modules to meet client business objectives.
