Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, and benefit contributions. Partner with HR on employee onboarding, changes, and terminations. Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries with professionalism and timeliness. What We're Looking For in an Accounting & Payroll Specialist: Prior experience in accounting and payroll. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
