What We Offer: A competitive daily guarantee along with a monthly bonus based on your adjusted production. Associate Dentists earn 30-35% of their adjusted production. Genuine support and transparency to ensure your success, providing clear opportunities without unexpected hurdles. A generous sign-on bonus of $10,000 as well as relocation assistance for new team members. Your Responsibilities: Deliver a broad spectrum of high-quality clinical services, including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, aligners, and cosmetic procedures, utilizing Tend's cutting-edge digital workflows. Perform comprehensive exams, create detailed treatment plans, and guide patients towards optimal oral health practices. Effectively manage multiple treatment rooms while maintaining a busy and productive schedule that accommodates hygiene checks and emergency visits. Enhance production by completing thorough treatment plans while ensuring top-quality care. Lead and mentor dental assistants while collaborating closely with hygienists for seamless clinical outcomes. Collaborate with studio managers to meet production goals, uphold clinical standards, and improve efficiency. Essential Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program. Current dental license in the relevant state. Valid CPR/BLS certification. Active DEA registration. A minimum of 2 years experience in a DSO or private practice, or a completed residency program for candidates with less experience. Proficient with modern technology and eager to embrace digital workflows. Invisalign certification. Willingness to maintain a full-time schedule, including four days per week and two Saturdays each month. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to fulfill essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation: Sustain the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods during clinical tasks. Possess manual dexterity for precise use of dental instruments. Capable of interpreting charts and radiographs. Maintain ergonomic positions for patient care. Occasionally lift equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds. Effectively communicate with patients and team members.
