Effectively gather and document customer business requirements. Collaborate with clients to customize NetSuite software to meet their business needs. Assist in developing solutions for complex business needs, focusing on intricate configurations and technical components. Define and communicate functional requirements for automations and integrations with NetSuite. Work with technical teams to design, test, and implement automation and integration solutions. Conduct quality reviews of deliverables produced by team members. Maintain effective communication with Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and meet billable utilization targets. Continuously enhance product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience with NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementations. Experience in the Restaurant & Hospitality or Retail industries is advantageous. Familiarity with Point of Sale systems is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Proven ability to define complex customization and integration requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A genuine passion for helping clients optimize their operations. Exceptional client-facing skills with a history of building effective relationships. Self-sufficient and organized, able to work with minimal guidance. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. NetSuite SuiteFoundations / ERP Certification is a plus. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $71,200 to $158,200 annually, which may include bonus and equity opportunities.
