The Work: Lead impactful Enterprise Data Management projects by analyzing master data processes and architecture, offering strategic insights, and delivering comprehensive Oracle EDM solutions. Design and implement enterprise metadata and hierarchy management solutions to integrate Finance, ERP, and EPM applications using Oracle EDM. Oversee the development of master data governance processes that ensure high-quality, integrated, and scalable solutions delivered within project timelines and budget. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Architecture teams to synchronize enterprise hierarchies and reference data across Oracle Cloud applications. Guide project teams through all phases of data governance and EDM initiatives, serving as Project Manager or Data Governance Lead as needed. Engage in pre-sales and proposal efforts for EDM projects, advocating for governance as a crucial element for Finance and Operations. Foster strong client relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in enterprise data governance and strategy. Drive continuous improvement by creating tools, assets, and thought leadership in Oracle EDM and master data management. Travel may be necessary, ranging from 0% to 100%, based on business needs and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: At least 7 years of experience in master data management and data governance with expertise in hierarchy management and metadata alignment across systems. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management implementation, including at least 4 full lifecycle deployments covering solution design, configuration, and integration with Oracle applications. 4+ years working with Oracle Data Relationship Management and its integration scenarios with EDM. 4+ years integrating EDM with Oracle EPM Cloud and ERP Cloud to maintain connected metadata structures. A background of at least 4 years in consulting, ideally within a professional services or systems integration context. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum of 12 years); candidates with an Associate's degree must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Bonus Points if: You have expertise in Oracle EPM modules like Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close, or Profitability & Cost Management. You have experience with other master data governance platforms (e.g., Informatica, Collibra) and their integration with Oracle EDM. You are knowledgeable about EDM automation and integration methods, including REST APIs and Data Management. You have facilitated design sessions for master data strategies and governance frameworks. You have developed enterprise data strategies for Finance, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
