Qualifications Completed a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Encouragement for ongoing education or certifications following graduation. Licensure Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
