Key Responsibilities As part of our internship program, you'll gain invaluable experience similar to our full-time Financial Representative role, including: Learning how to prospect and network to expand your client base. Formulating and executing your own business strategy. Reaching out to potential clients to understand their financial aspirations. Preparing personalized financial plans and giving thoughtful recommendations. Gaining exposure to advanced planning software platforms. Participating in weekly coaching, training, and development sessions. Receiving guidance to obtain your Risk Product State Licensing in Life, Accident, and Health. Developing crucial life skills that will open doors in your future career. The program offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your internship with your academic commitments. You can participate year-round and receive support for registrations and certifications, such as the Series 6 & 63 or CFP. Experience personal and professional growth through various events, leadership programs, and collaboration with industry experts. Interns may also have the chance to interview for full-time Financial Representative or Advisor positions upon graduation. Who We're Looking For Are you ready to embark on this exciting journey? Ideal candidates will possess: Current enrollment as a full-time student, with a preference for juniors and seniors. Aspirations in entrepreneurship and a keen interest in sales. Strong campus involvement (e.g., leader, athlete, organization member). Excellent time management abilities. A genuine interest in financial literacy and planning tools. Business acumen and a desire to enhance your critical thinking skills. Compensation & Benefits Performance-based earnings with the potential for additional revenue. Incentives for Learning and Development (up to $1000/month, not including earned commissions). Productivity bonuses. Support for licensing in insurance (life, health, DI, LTC). Assistance for registrations related to SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 (eligibility required). Important Note: As a Financial Representative Intern, you will operate as an Independent Contractor, with your income based on performance.
