Human Resources Manager

BrainWorks HR Search is partnered with a local manufacturer for their Human Resources Manager vacancy. This role will play a visible, hands-on role supporting an energized and collaborative plant environment. Working closely with the Plant Manager, this individual will be the key connection point between employees, leadership, and corporate HR, while driving engagement, supporting talent acquisition, and helping maintain a culture rooted in respect, trust, and accountability.
