What You Can Expect The Monogram Robotics Specialist (MRX) plays a crucial role in education and knowledge dissemination as a marketing-focused position. MRXs act as platform experts, responsible for training and delivering high-quality external demonstrations of the Monogram robotic system. This role supports Zimmer Biomet across all functions, including Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Education, by providing top-notch robotic knowledge and educational programs. Externally, MRXs represent Monogram at congresses, medical education programs, workshops, and events, helping shape the perception and excitement surrounding our robotic platform. This role IS: A marketing-led education and experience position. Focused on training, demonstrations, and knowledge leadership. Responsible for scalable education for Zimmer Biomet and external audiences. A visible ambassador for Monogram robotics at events. This role is not: A clinical field sales specialist. An account-aligned sales support role. Routine intraoperative coverage during the sales process. Travel Expectations This is a field-based position requiring up to 70% travel. How You'll Create Impact Robotic Platform Education & Expertise Serve as a subject matter expert on the Monogram robotic platform, understanding system functionality, workflows, and essential application concepts. Maintain a deep understanding of robotic-assisted surgery, the competitive landscape, and evolving standards. Ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant education for all audiences. Provide structured feedback to Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and R&D. Training & Enablement (Internal & External) Deliver education and training for: Internal Zimmer Biomet teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Medical Education). Surgeons and hospital staff in non-sales educational settings. Medical education programs and workshops. Contribute to the development of curricula and strategic initiatives. Execute curricula developed by the MRX Manager and Marketing. Support train-the-trainer initiatives to scale robotic knowledge. Reinforce consistent messaging, positioning, and platform understanding. Congresses, Events & Medical Education Programs Represent Monogram robotics at: National and regional congresses. Medical education courses and workshops. Product exhibitions and demonstrations. Deliver high-quality system demonstrations focused on education and awareness. Ensure a premium and consistent Monogram experience at all events. Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications to align with brand messaging. New Application Readiness & Launch Support Collaborate with R&D on new application requirements and research. Lead training and readiness programs for new robotic applications. Support launch execution through: Learning and mastering new application workflows. Supporting educational content and demonstrations. Participating in early awareness and education initiatives. Bridge education between early application development and broader market understanding. What Makes You Stand Out Education & Training Delivery Technical & Clinical Communication Platform & System Expertise Customer/Surgeon Engagement Cross-Functional Collaboration Brand Representation Your Background Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Experience with medical devices, surgical robots, or clinical technology. Experience educating surgeons or healthcare professionals. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%). Preferred Experience: Background in clinical field support, clinical education, medical education, or technical training. Exposure to orthopedic procedures (knee, hip, or related). Experience supporting product or application launches in the field. Ability to operate independently while remaining aligned with a centralized team. Expected Compensation Range $71,000 - $89,000 USD Annual EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
