Job Description Description The HR Operations Specialist provides centralized HR support across the organization, ensuring efficient delivery of payroll, benefits, employee programs, and HR transaction services through the HR Service Center (HRSC). This role supports both program and data teams as the organization transitions toward a unified HR service model. The specialist serves as a primary point of contact for employees, leaders, and HR partners, responding to inquiries through phone systems and a case-management platform. The role requires daily use of case management tools (Dovetail or similar systems) to document, track, and resolve requests, along with regular use of SuccessFactors HCM for employee data processing and system navigation support. This position requires strong collaboration, cross-training across functions, analytical thinking, technical proficiency in HR systems, and strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards. Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, managers, and HR business partners Respond to inquiries via phone and case-management queue Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system navigation Ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR requests Job Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Experience in a centralized HR operations or shared services environment preferred Experience managing high-volume HR transactions Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong collaboration skills across diverse HR functions Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience may be considered Required Skills / Attributes Proficiency with HR systems and case-management tools (Dovetail or similar platforms Experience working within an HRIS environment (SuccessFactors or comparable system) Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance and HR policy interpretation Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Desired Skills / Attributes Experience with SuccessFactors HCM Familiarity with SAP or HRIS system transitions Process improvement mindset Experience supporting payroll, benefits, or compensation functions Experience conducting HR audits and compliance reviews Training or documentation development experience Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
