CNC Programmer/Operator

Hiring CNC Programmer/Operator    Key Responsibilities Programming and Design: Analyze blueprints, CAD models, or DXF files to define dimensions, tolerances, and toolpaths using CAM software. Setup and Operation: Load raw materials, set up fixtures, calibrate machine tools (offsets/tools), and operate CNC machines. Optimization and Troubleshooting: Debug programs, optimize cutting speeds/feeds for efficiency, and resolve production issues. Quality Control: Perform inspection of finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure peak performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in CNC programming and operation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code/M-code programming. Mechanical Aptitude: High attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
