Position: RN - Med Surg Telemetry Location: Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 Shift: 12h Days Duration: 13 weeks Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. Pay Package: $2,038.00 Gross Weekly for 36 hours ($22.00/hr., OT- $33.00/hr. & $1,246.00 Weekly Per Diem) Pay Package: $2,650.00 Gross Weekly for 48 hours ($27.00/hr., OT- $40.50/hr. & $1,246.00 Weekly Per Diem) DCH- Travel: MS/Tele General Surg 5S Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. Our General Surgical Unit is a 32-bed unit specializing in exceptional postoperative care for our general surgical patients. Nurses in this area have a 1:6 ratio and are trained in all aspects of postoperative care, including pain management, mobility, and bedside procedures. In this area, we especiallyvalue a comfortable and healing environment for each individual patient and their unique needs. This team will closely collaborate with local family practice physicians, hospitalists, as well as our surgeons. Education - Required Associated degree in nursing Certifications Required AHA BLS Licenses Required Registered Nurse State of Alabama or compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted) NURSYS Experience - Required: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1year of experience in the field of specialty.
