Position Overview: The HVAC Project Superintendent will oversee on-site project management from the Startup Meeting to successful completion. This includes effectively planning, organizing, and managing manpower, materials, equipment, and coordination on-site with project contacts. Strong communication with Project Managers and laborers is essential. SALARY RANGE: $30-$40/HOUR Benefits Include: Flexible full-time schedule with occasional overtime and weekend work. Company-provided vehicle, phone, and tablet. Year-round employment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Assign responsibilities to field personnel. Maintain high quality standards through regular inspections. Achieve operational and productivity targets, including budget adherence for field crews and subcontractors. Foster a safe working environment. Ensure timely provision of materials, equipment, and supplies for field personnel. Enforce company policies and comply with government regulations. Additional Duties: Plan and schedule jobs collaboratively with Project Managers. Engage with Customers' personnel to ensure their needs are promptly addressed. Maintain an adequate supply of materials to meet installation goals. Recommend necessary equipment purchases. Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of field paperwork. Stay informed on industry trends and implement relevant changes. Monitor productivity levels and prepare reports as requested by Project Managers. Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate technical details for clients. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Organizational skills and adaptability to changing circumstances. Proactive approach to safety and quality. OSHA 10-30 certification preferred. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. HVAC license preferred.
