CFO Services Offers the Following Key Services: Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization Strategic Analytics & Planning Performance Measurement & Management Business Transformation Auxiliary Services: Accounting Remediation PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS: Data Collection, Validation, and Analysis: Lead team members in gathering information and ensure all relevant sources are explored. Conduct client interviews, ask insightful questions, and understand various stakeholder perspectives. Identify knowledge gaps and encourage the team to challenge existing assumptions for better outcomes. Spot key business challenges, accurately forecast liquidity needs, and assess financial and accounting processes. Clearly present issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Understand accounting and finance processes to enhance value creation. Project Management and Implementation: Own and navigate projects based on CFO Services’ pillars of expertise. Ensure logical and accurate project approaches, timelines, and deliverables. Consistently communicate client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Develop actionable plans to optimize working capital and improve process transparency. Identify potential risks early and create contingency plans. Recognize where service pillars may need enhancement. Leadership: Utilize past experience to guide and inspire innovative thinking among team members. Evaluate team skill sets and maximize contributions. Share knowledge and provide coaching to enhance team performance. Financial Acumen: Build and review complex financial models while providing insightful analysis of accounting treatments. Deliver valuable insights and improvement initiatives to senior management and board members. ACCREDITATION/EXPERIENCE: Degree from an accredited institution in relevant fields (accounting, finance, economics) is preferred but not required.
