Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator Comscore is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator who can take our Salesforce ecosystem to the next level. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge connecting business requirements with cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Your primary focus will revolve around ensuring data integrity, enhancing system performance, and promoting user engagement. This is an internal position that requires collaboration with colleagues at various levels across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead system administration and configuration efforts to ensure peak performance. Oversee daily Salesforce operations, including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, workflows, validation rules, and automation (flows) to align with Comscore's dynamic business requirements. Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions and oversee third-party integrations. Maintain detailed system documentation and create training materials for end-users. Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data. Conduct routine data audits and cleanup activities to maintain a healthy database. Establish and uphold data entry standards and deduplication processes. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 5-7+ years of experience in Salesforce Lightning administration within a mid-to-large organization, demonstrating deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its customization capabilities. Salesforce certification is a requisite. Proven experience managing a Salesforce production environment, guiding enhancements from the discovery phase to implementation and ensuring user adoption. Strong grasp of CRM strategies, data models, and revenue management processes. Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) is desirable. Able to manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks effectively to consistently meet deadlines. Solid understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex and integration with low-code solutions. Knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash process in a sales organization, particularly as implemented with Salesforce's CPQ solution. Exceptional written and verbal communication talents, capable of engaging effectively with users across all levels. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at working independently and in a collaborative team setting. Comfortable operating in an agile environment alongside a compact team of administrators. Proactive in addressing challenges, taking the initiative to resolve issues beyond mere reactive support. Salary: $90,000 - $115,000; commensurate with experience.
