Your background in building automation and energy management systems, coupled with your expertise in mechanical systems and HVAC operations, will be crucial to your success. Certification in Niagara AX is preferred, and experience with Honeywell and Johnson Controls products is highly advantageous. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Installing, repairing, and maintaining advanced computer-based control systems that monitor and manage mechanical and electrical equipment. Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to effectively implement building automation systems, including start-up and commissioning processes. Troubleshooting and updating HVAC systems and controls, ensuring software remains accurate and fully operational. Calibrating and testing HVAC systems and controls to uphold environmental and energy efficiency standards. A High School Diploma or higher is required. Preferred experience with Honeywell and Johnson Controls HVAC systems. Strong expertise in commercial HVAC products with a solid mechanical aptitude. In-depth understanding of HVAC functions and ductwork design. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
