Dental Assisting Program Instructor

Join our dynamic team of educators at Indigo Institute and share your passion for dental assisting! We are seeking a dedicated lead instructor to guide our Dental Assisting program, held in real dental office settings to provide students with practical experience. This is an exceptional part-time opportunity, teaching only on Saturdays! Qualifications: Current RDA license or higher, with Coronal Polishing certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical dental experience Compensation: California: $360/week, $4,320 per cohort, $45/hour Texas and South Carolina: $288/week, $3,456 per cohort, $36/hour Class Details: Classes are conducted on Saturdays for a duration of 12 weeks, from 8 AM to 4 PM. As an instructor, you will receive a comprehensive syllabus and course materials. You’ll have the flexibility to personalize your teaching to enhance the learning experience for your students. Support will be provided by an assistant instructor during each session and a Program Director throughout the course. About Indigo: At Indigo, we are unlike traditional colleges or post-secondary schools. We focus on preparing our students for immediate job placements within our network of dental care providers. Students are selected based on the most relevant job openings, ensuring they have the skills to succeed. Our innovative blend of flexible online curriculum and hands-on training equips graduates with essential skills sought by modern dental offices. After completing 12 weeks of instruction, each student will participate in an externship with an Indigo Network office, gaining invaluable real-world experience.
