General Ortho Surgeon Position in AL

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Orthopedic Surgery - General Ortho Surgeon Position in AL Immediate Locum's or Full-time position for a General Orthopedic Surgeon Well established 176 bed Medical Center is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon who can join full-time or work on a locum's basis starting immediately. This opportunity is located in Central AL and only 30-45 miles from Birmingham. If you want to be the only Orthopedic in town and not be in such a competitive market, then this position is for you! The immediate need is to replace a 12 year veteran who is relocating due to personal reasons. The medical center is offering an employed position or open to all models Solo practice - previous surgeon typically scheduled 2 days a week for surgeries, which averaged approximately 35-40|month. We are not looking for robotics, just a general "bread & butter" orthopedic surgeon. The candidate will have full autonomy and can run the office | schedule as he|she sees fit.
