We take exceptional care of our staff so that you can provide extraordinary care for our patients. Role Overview: As a Physician, you will be integral in providing outstanding medical care. Your duties will include performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized treatment plans. This role emphasizes direct patient care and medication administration. You will report to a Regional Manager and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide ethical medical practice using sound judgment while staying updated on the latest industry standards. Fulfill clinical obligations, including compliance with regulatory standards. Independently manage patients with both acute and chronic conditions typical among older adults. Account for patient care and outcomes, collaborating with specialists as necessary. Engage with hospitalists for patients requiring hospitalization. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based guidelines. Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records while documenting patient interactions thoroughly. Ensure high-quality medical care focusing on prevention and positive outcomes. Demonstrate compassionate behavior and uphold our commitment to quality care. Oversee and guide Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants when needed. Ensure physicians see patients at least every other visit for continuity of care. Provide 5-Star service aligned with our mission. Take on additional duties as required. Position Requirements/Skills: Medical Degree from an accredited institution. Active medical license in your practice state. A minimum of 3 years of outpatient primary care experience. ACLS/BLS certification as required by state regulations. Strong diagnostic skills and ability to interpret medical tests and results. Experience with electronic medical records systems. Proficiency in diagnosing and managing chronic diseases in seniors. Familiarity with researching professional journals and regulations. Appreciation for cultural diversity and sensitivity towards diverse patient populations. Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office for collaboration. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated calmness and effectiveness in emergency situations. Resourcefulness, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset. Competence in maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Focus on delivering quality and achieving successful outcomes. Experience handling confidential data responsibly. Physical Requirements: Full range of motion is necessary, including physically handling patients and equipment. Ability to stand, walk, push, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods in a clinical setting. Capability to lift and move patients and medical devices, with a requirement of up to 15 lbs. Corrected vision and hearing within normal ranges are necessary. Ability to sit for prolonged periods and operate a motor vehicle.
