SUMMER SEASONAL FLEET, PUBLIC WORKS

The Public Works Department Fleet Division is seeking applicants for seasonal staff to work within Cranberry Township from approximately May through August at a starting rate of $15.25/hour. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the state certified mechanics on maintenance of vehicles in the Township Fleet including Heavy Trucks up to 10-tons, Heavy Equipment, Fire Trucks, Ambulances, Police Cars, lawn mowers, and miscellaneous Township fleet. This is an opportunity for a mechanic or mechanical engineering student to learn the basics of vehicle mechanics as you assist our fleet team. Applicants normally work 40 hours per week, but flexible scheduling is available. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age. A valid driver's license is required.
